This school was awful, it started out great, but I quickly realized that my son was not being treated fairly, he was undiagnosed with ADHD. He was constantly singled out and told he was bad.
My baby, who was two months at the time had extreme eczema which the teachers were aware of that he had allergies and a medical condition and they Tried to get my baby taken away for eczema! I sent in multiple creams for them to put on him during the day and they did not do that!!!’
!!! Preschool teachers are very rude

Our child went there for approximately two and a half months. Our daycare had closed temporarily and we were in a pinch to find a daycare fast. We had reservations about it and wished we had trusted our gut instincts. In the 2.5ish months we were there, we received almost no communication from staff unless they needed more diapers/wipes.
Our kid came home multiple times with bruises, bumps, abrasions, and bite marks, and never had any explanation. Staff would claim they "didn't know" anything happened, but with our kid being less than two years old we became more and more concerned as he didn’t want to go to “school” anymore when he used to be excited to go to his old daycare each day. Last Friday my husband picked up our son and he looked like his face had been run over. He had abrasions from the bottom of his left jaw to his hair line on the left side. His lip was busted and he had cuts on his chin and above his lip as well. My husband asked what happened and was given the response "he fell," with no further explanation. Needless to say we were both furious and when we contacted administration they knew nothing about it. We finally got word after they watched video, 2 days later, that he fell from the top of the slide and landed on his head. How that does not warrant even a message on the daycare app is insane to me (especially as a nurse).
We know children have accidents, and that is fine. But having our kid come home with so many new injuries without any clear communication from staff was terrifying for us. I feel guilty for keeping him there as long as we did but we have recently been touring other facilities and trying to find a solid, trustworthy place so that we didn't have to keep moving facilities for his sake. I wish we had pulled him out sooner. I also wish I could share pictures of his face after the last incident because it looked AWFUL (just a reminder that I'm a nurse so when I say "awful" I really mean it) but we prefer not to have our child's face on the internet for safety reasons. It's been three days and he has scabs and bruises all over the left side of his face. Thankfully, they did allow us to leave without any further payments, but there was NO accountability taken by the facility for any of the incidents or for their lack of communication and negligence. For the price we WERE paying (which I will say was cheaper than most-which makes sense now), the care and communication was abysmal. All children deserve the very best care, and parents deserve to know what is happening with their little ones. I would not recommend this preschool/daycare to anyone. The only recommendation I could give is to scroll past this place. Your kid deserves better.

All three of my children have attended Crestwood Preschool Academy. The kids appeared happy and liked their teachers.
I have been pleased with the recent changes made since the new owner took over in 2022. The classrooms now have cameras, there is a new door keypad/lock system, a new digital log in system, the staff follow protocols from stringently, etc. I look forward to the other positive changes that will take place in the future.

Crestwood Preschool Academy has been a warm, nurturing space for our children for almost 2 years. The pre-K program thoroughly prepared my son for early reading. The management is committed to providing a fun, safe, and loving environment.
My daughter has attended the three year old preschool and pre-K classes at Crestwood Preschool Academy. They have done an amazing job teaching her and made learning fun. She is beyond prepared to go to kindergarten and has made so many friends at school
Our daughter has been at Crestwood Preschool Academy for about 4 years (finally going to kindergarten this year!). The entire time she's been there, I've felt she was in good hands and taken care of. She's learned so much in the time she's been at CPA; things I didn't even think were on her radar. Ms. Tisha and Ms. Julie do an excellent job running the Pre-K room and ensuring the kids have ample time for both learning and play. My daughter absolutely loves Ms. Tisha and looks to her for comfort on the days we have tough drop offs. I'm very thankful for the staff at CPA and would recommend to anyone who needs daycare for their little one.
This place seems great on the outside, but once you get an inside look it is the worst child care facility I have ever seen. They leave “teachers” alone on their first days of work with no training, no schedule, no pointers. They disregard allergen/ food requests that parents sign waivers for. They have one changing pad for a room full of toddlers that doesn’t get sanitized or covered between children. The workers work ten hour shifts with only two fifteen minute breaks. I feel bad because the children are great and deserve better care than this. The parents deserve honest reviews. They also only pay $13 an hour, but if you quit they will say they never told you that and pay you 7.25. That’s why these kids are getting new teachers every week. Cassie and Corey are the least organized, most unprofessional “directors” I have ever met. I asked for the owners numbers and was told no one has it… Kentucky state, do better.
My daughter has been attending for about 3 years, and we are very happy here. She loves her teacher, and everyone else is great too.
Love this place, Staff is great.
We love CPA. This is a great school with great teachers who care about my children. They provide unique educational opportunities all year long. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know me and my husband by name. Would recommend!
There is no school I would trust more with my 2 babies. My oldest has been attending for almost 3 years. The teachers here truly love every child that walks through that door and only want them to succeed. The school is reliable, they don’t close without good reason (weather, etc) and plenty of warning to allow you to make alternate plans. They are attentive and know your kids on a personal level. I always feel in touch with the staff and can message them throughout the day. Did I mention all the cutesy art projects? My fridge is covered! It makes this mamas heart so full to have such wonderful, loving and thoughtful people to be a part of our lives!
We moved our kiddos here to be closer to home and I am so happy we did!

I’ve been to “fancy” daycares before with pretty buildings and cool technology. Those things don’t matter. What matters is the people inside the building and how your babies are treated. We love CPA!

Our daughter started 4 years ago. We love this daycare. We got a spot for our 4 months old son and he will start soon.
We’ve loved our experience at Crestwood Preschool Academy!
My daughter has been going to Crestwood Preschool for 2 years now. We moved to the area from out of state and we’re not familiar with many of the schools in the area. After touring we really enjoyed the home-like feel of the school and the amount of time the kids get to play outside. Our daughter also has loved her teachers! They have her very well prepared for kindergarten. Her class of friends are wonderful and we have gone to many birthday parties of her classmates. If you are looking for a preschool/daycare you should consider CPA! The staff is kind and caring, responsive, and has made us and our daughter feel very comfortable.
Our son has been attending CPA for a year now and we are very happy with, well everything! His language skills have improved by leaps and bounds from the structured classroom time and from being around children his own age. He comes home with stories of fun activities they do and he loves when the weather is nice and they get to play in the fenced in outdoor space. He gets a healthy breakfast, lunch, and a snack which are printed out on a calendar each month so we know what he is getting on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and seem to truely care about the children, and about the parents and answer any questions we may have. I will be sad to leave CPA when our son becomes school age.
Over the past 7 years, we have had 5 children attend CPA and we have never had a negative experience. The staff has always been so helpful and accommodating and they love our kids so well!
Kids are happier than ever since moving to Crestwood preschool academy. Staff is great, great activities for the kiddos and they're learning so much. They really go above and beyond ❤️
since moving our son to CPA we have seen tremendous improvement in his learning! He comes home with work from the day and is all around a happier boy. So thankful we made the change and enrolled him at Crestwood Preschool Academy.
Absolutely love this place! The teachers are wonderful and my daughters language skills have grown ten fold since starting. Would absolutely recommend!
